About Us
The company Brand New Commerce (BNC) was established in 2019, in order to distribute online products through e-commerce websites and unique marketplaces, such as Vendome, Roberto Vino, Replay, Shop Yalon, (Swarovski product marketer) and more, in order to grow by selling international premium brands.
This platform operates within the framework of franchise agreements for exclusive management and distribution on the Internet, or partnership agreements between the brand owners and the Bubbles group, the basis of which is establishing a company jointly owned by Bubbles and the brand owners while creating an effective model.
According to this model, the Bubbles Group is responsible for the establishment and management of the technological platform, including the marketing of the brands through the platform, while the brand owners are responsible for maintaining the rights for the brands, their development, the needed knowledge and the supply of the goods.
